On March 10th, 2018 at the 33rd Annual Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) Awards Gala, VETS Facility Services took home the coveted Pinnacle Award for Customer Service. This annual gala hosts approximately 400 attendees and special guests attended, including Mayor Don Iveson, and Councillor Dziadyk who gave the address from the city. Award recipients represent companies and individuals that are examples of excellence in the Edmonton commercial real estate industry.
A little over 3 years ago VETS’ Facility Service division underwent a fundamental change in how we deliver our services. Our focus went from a traditional reactive approach to a full service, preventative maintenance approach. With a change of this scale it was important to understand whether or not we were succeeding in the eyes of our clients. The basis of our the award submission was the process created to measure our success and address any issues or concerns as soon as possible.
