Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team and drive sales for our Facility Services Team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management within a service-based industry, business to business sales, and a deep understanding of commercial markets. They will be responsible for developing and leading a team of sales professionals, developing sales strategies, and fostering strong relationships with clients to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Create budgets and forecasts
  • Ability to assess team needs and provide mentorship
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing client base
  • Identify and pursue business opportunities to increase revenue and profitability
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, contractors, and vendors
  • Provide ongoing training and support to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management within a service based industry
  • Experience managing, motivating and mentoring teams
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
