Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Industrial Ventilation and Dust Collection Estimator to play a key role in our project development process. This position involves preparing accurate cost estimates, analyzing project specifications, and working closely with engineering and sales teams to deliver tailored ventilation and dust collection systems. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of these systems and a passion for precision and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze project specifications, blueprints, and technical documents to determine project scope.
• Develop accurate cost estimates for industrial ventilation and dust collection systems, considering materials, labor, equipment, Location, local Codes and subcontractor services.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, and project management teams to align estimates with project goals and client expectations.
• Evaluate and mitigate potential risks related to project costs and timelines.
• Research material and equipment costs, as well as subcontractor bids, to ensure competitive and realistic pricing.
• Prepare professional, detailed proposals and documentation for clients.
• Track, revise, and update estimates to reflect changes in project scope or market conditions.
• Maintain organized records of estimates, assumptions, and project specifications for future reference.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 3+ years of experience in estimating, preferably in industrial ventilation, dust collection, or a related industry.
• Strong understanding of industrial ventilation and dust collection systems, components, and design principles.
• Proficiency in estimating software, AutoCAD, Revit , Navis works and Microsoft Office Suite, (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
• Familiarity with relevant building codes, regulations, and environmental standards.
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
