Position Overview:

As a Project Manager at VETS, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality industrial ventilation and dust collection solutions. You will oversee the full lifecycle of projects, from initial planning and design through to installation and commissioning. Your leadership and expertise will ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with industry standards, while exceeding client expectations.

This role requires a balance of technical knowledge, project management skills, and client-focused communication. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and clients to deliver customized systems that improve workplace safety, meet regulatory requirements, and support sustainable practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Oversight: Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycles for industrial ventilation and dust collection systems, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Team Coordination: Collaborate with engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and managing expectations throughout the project.
• Budget Management: Develop and track project budgets, addressing any variances proactively.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records, including contracts, schedules, reports, and change orders.

Qualifications:

• Education: Degree in Construction Management, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably in industrial ventilation, dust collection, or related industries.
• Certifications: PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with industrial ventilation systems, dust collection technologies, and regulatory standards (e.g., OSHA, NFPA).
• Skills:
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and CAD tools.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Travel: Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
