Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a skilled TIG Welder with expertise in stainless steel welding to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality welds, interpreting blueprints, and ensuring the structural integrity of stainless steel components.

Responsibilities:

· Perform TIG welding on stainless steel components according to specifications.

· Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and engineering drawings.

· Set up and operate welding equipment, ensuring proper adjustments for different materials and thicknesses.

· Inspect and measure workpieces to ensure accuracy and conformance to quality standards.

· Collaborate with the engineering team to provide input on design and fabrication processes.

· Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety guidelines and procedures.

· Troubleshoot and resolve welding issues to ensure efficient productions.

Qualifications:

· Highschool Diploma or equivalent

· Proven Experience as a TIG Welder with a focus on stainless steel welding, with a portfolio of completed work.

· Ability to lift and carry heavy materials as needed.

· Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.

· Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.

· Strong attention to detail and precision in welding work.

· Strong problem solving skills and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Knowledge of different grades of steel and welding techniques.

· CWB Certification a plus.
